AsyaGaz was founded in 2008.Gubretas adopted a new policy in 2008 to become a global player and to invest in raw material rich countries . Hence, a Turkish consortium led by Gubretas & AsyaGaz has acquired the Razi Petrochemical Company.

Raintrade was founded in Istanbul for international trading of ammonia, fertilizers, raw materials, petrochemicals and energy products with focus on Asian markets.
